the point is that culture defines what people are. people without culture? what's your point then. the color of their hair? like "hey we are turks"- "but you have no culture you are wild, what makes you turks?" - "we have black hair"
There is no second opinion to the fact that Greeks are Europeans. In Europe also, weather varies from place to place and in the same way color of skin and hairs.
the title and the actual post contrdict themselves. don't fault me bc the op doesn't know the difference between color and geography.
she doesn't know the difference between european and europid (caucasian). but she was asking about color, not geography. basically she should have asked "are greeks caucasian? they don't look very white", which is a question about race. If you believe that races don't not exist then you probably should not participate in a discussion about it. that's all I said. race and racism are not the same things, but I see how and why some people get sensitive and defensive when they just hear - race. edit: I am not concerned about races. just in case you think I am some sort of a racist here. I just don't find it offensive to talk about human classification in terms of just classification by their appearance influenced by the environmental conditions they live in , not rights, ranks or respect etc
Bonkai, where are you going? I live in Greece. The place I pointed out is in Southern Ukraine. dark sugar, yes. srs racial bsns asmodean, I will be in Amsterdam for a few hours in June
I can read a map Squaw >.<...a friend of mine visited Crimea last year and had an amazing time, please she said it was easy on her pocket book. Just wondering Squaw, how are the beaches in Crimea? I wanna do some hiking too but i'll do good learning a lil Russian before i go i hear.
hmm ...there are a few places that are super beautiful. and you can have a great time, but you need to know where to go. if you seriously considering going there I might ask some friends if they could guide you, they speak english. it's a bit dangerous to go alone. well not that it's a wild place, but it is, if you don't know what to expect. it would be very good if you could speak some Russian. you will enjoy hiking, beaches, cities it's a unique little place. check out Kazantip Festival http://kazantip.com/ a very old fest that started with just a few surfers coming to Crimea from Moscow every summer to hang out, surf and listen to some music. I grew up with that festival. now it's huge
