Apricot Chicken

    anyone got any good recipes for Apricot Chicken? apricot chicken is SO yum.

    I've never heard of apricot chicken.... a recipe would be interesting though.

    sounds very good...

    this gives me an idea... I think the next time I grill chicken on the stove... i'll add some juice from manderin oranges... that should be pretty good

    1 Cornish game hen per person. 1/3 cup apricot juice, 2/3 cup light corn syrup. Prepare hens and, if desired, stuff them. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or 15 minutes longer for birds over 1 pound 6 ounces. Blend together juice and syrup. Spread mixture over the hens half an hour before the birds are to be finished. Ten minutes before the birds should come out of the oven, baste them using a tube syringe baster.
