I know....water dilution next time...and I did not swish it around my mouth...threw it down the hatch quickly....and then rinsed my mouth with water and brushed my teeth....thank you....
here you go.... try this next Enema Recipe: 1 to 4 Tbl. Apple Cider Vinegar 2 quarts warm filtered water ( Mix well ) Temperature 103° to 107°Fahrenheit source http://www.health-information-fitness.com/apcve.htm
While growing up we always had a couple of bottles in the kitchen shelves, but no one in the house ever used it so the labels would turn brown. Hotwater
The kind with the "mother" in it is supposed to be much better for you. Regular apple cider vinegar works alright on its own, though. The whole time I was doing the baking soda "shampoo" and ACV, I couldn't find Bragg's (and when I did, I sure couldn't afford it),processed and diluted ACV was still magic for ny hair, I'm gonna get my hands on some of that Bragg's at some point, though. I'd really love to see the difference.
Where are you seeing braggs apple cider vinegar thats expensive? I get mine from a health food store which usually is kinda pricey but i only pay like.. 4 bucks for a big bottle of it
Yeah, a 1.25lt bottle is like 7-8€ but the problem where I find it is that the large bottles are currently, supposedly, in a world wide shortage so the clerk tells me so I have to buy the smaller bottles which adds a couple € to the bill.
I love acv, I wash my hair with it. We have a big bottle of braggs in the kitchen and my roommate tries her best to make us all drink it.
10 bucks for one of those puny little bottles??? granted i havent bought any in like a year but i doubt prices have gone up that much. Im gonna go check the place i got it from last time and see the price tomorrow. I will report back with my detective work
Hey I didn't say I love the taste it's more the guys in the house she really has to force it down though.
What exactly does the Braggs do for a person's hair? Braggs is not cheap here, either...about $12 for a small bottle...including tax......
where the fuck yall buyin this shit at? i actually used braggs acv in my hair the other night.. it softens ur hair and removes and bacteria or other stuff that aint supposed to be there. Really cleans your scalp up
See now those store bought brands are what I am used to...They are clear looking, and I like that...Braggs looks thickened and muddy. What is that?
It's called the mother of vinegar and is what supplies most of the beneficial properties of ACV. It's composed of cellulose and acetic acid bacteria. You want the stuff that's cloudy looking -- not the clear stuff found alongside other vinegars typically used in food. Cloudy = good.
I am buying it from a health food store here, the only place that I have found it around here. I guess they can afford to have high prices...not much competition with health food stores around here. Softens the hair...that is interesting...will store bought vingegar do that as well?
