Food / nutritional science is still very new, For now there's no evidence (other than anecdotal), that substantiates any health claims for ACV.

It's tasty in a nice vinaigrette. I can eat more greens with vinegar and oil dressing... so I could conclude that, though indirectly, apple cider vinegar can influence health!

That simply speaks to the effectiveness of statins.

Statins don't reduce mortality in healthy people, women, or elderly.
Statin drugs do reduce mortality for young and middle-aged men with pre-existing heart disease, but the benefit is small and not without significant adverse effects, risks and costs. Aspirin works just as well as statins.

I learned my lesson...will dilute Braggs with water next time...had this bottle awhile now and I just looked at it.....as it looked disgusting, until last night....does the smell ever go away from your pours, though?

yea i shuld have mentioned that in the OP. I usually fill half a glass with water and pour a tablespoon into that. and i drink it through a straw.

what do you mean from your pours? Did you ingest it or use it topically?

probably 4 tablespoons, as some kept falling off the spoon, so i kept filling it over and over quite a few times.

You're supposed to mix it in a glass of water. Drinking it straight can ruin the enamel on your teeth because of its acidity.

I read that a lot and like, when you shot it straight it hits the back of my tongue and throat and it's gone. Not once do I swish it around my mouth so my teeth are effected. People do things such odd ways it seems. :D
