I have a couple friends that lost a little weight doing this, but nothing substantial. I would recommend eating whole food as much as possible. All the chemicals and preservatives in meal replacements are bound to do more damage to your health. If time is an issue....fruits and veggies are nature's fast food .
Some lady came in to where I work not long ago. She was a 'home health care aide' coming to visit one of her clients, who lives at the assisted living facility where I work. So what does this weirdo do as soon as she comes to the desk to sign in? She tries peddling this shit to me. She gives me this spiel about how great this product is before handing me a card with her name and a number to call. Then, when I looked out the window, I noticed the windows on her van were plastered with 'Herbalife' and a number to call. So anyway, the woman tries pushing this crap on me, ALL WHILE ON HER FUCKING JOB, and I basically explained to her that I once weighed almost 300 lbs and lost about 100 lbs in less than five month's time by eating real food. She didn't have much to say after that. Herbalife is a scam.
Not that I know of. It wouldn't really make sense to me for a meal replacement to cause blood pressure problems...
It's happening sooner than expected Fud....time to deploy plan Alpha Delta 9-er 9-er... :leaving: Alert the presses! An olive branch may be exchanged! :afro:
