Anyone use a Roku Box?

    I just installed my new Roku Box, and was wondering if there's anyone here that uses one? I haven't had time to play with it much.....anyone have any tips or suggestions? Favorite channels?

    I was hoping to be able to watch NFL games with it, but it doesn't look like its offered. Even though all the other major sports are :(
