Anyone tried yopo seeds?

    Pretty sure they come pre roasted, the mimosa bark comes powdered and ready to use, of course, the packet says for 'botanical specimens only'. 'not for human consumption'. Provided by a company called Salvia. Different goodies, incuding fly agaric (aparantly with poisons taken out) in one dose packets.

    Fly Agaric isn't poisonous, but most of the mushrooms in the amanita family are. It's listed as a poison because of that. Well that and the feds just did that so people would be deterred from eating amanita.

    Poison and toxin are all relative. I believe that toxic is an amount, not a substance.

    However, they are probably referring to is muscarine... which is responsible for many of the negative side effects on amanitas (the trippy kind), like throwing up etc.

    so about a week ago I smoked 1 yopo seed, without the shell peeed off or anything. trippy feel, minor visual hallucinations. rainbows shooting through the air, garage door rippling, that sort of stuff. good time, lasted about an hour. need to try more next time.
