you guys need to get your motherfucking facts straight. lewis carroll was on no drugs what so ever when he wrote it. he was teaching mathematics and a college and told a story to the deans child daughter about Alice in Wonderland. She then asked him to write a book for her about Alice and her adventures in wonderland. as for him being on opium there were certain pain remedies that he could have been taking that were opium based but otherwise he wasnt on any drugs. im sick of stupid fucking stoners saying it was written by stoners or the guy was on shrooms. he wrote it in the 1800s for fuck sake. the only ppl aware of psychedelic plants and mushrooms were native americans and other indigineous tribes of other parts of the world that had been using them for thousands of years. alice in wonderland was written for a child so thru the eyes of psychonauts its pretty easy to think it was written under the influence. but it wasnt so drop the shit of saying lewis carroll was on shit when he wrote it.

 

Planet earth, I watched small parts of it on shrooms, it was really good.

I have the book and there's an introduction at the beginning of the book that basically says this.
It's a great story for while you're tripping though, even if it wasn't written by a tripper.
