They will appear heavy at first and you may need to practice your muscle control to keep it in. You MUST try it.
I enjoy that type of plug for show. For example your with your man etc. I've never worn it long term though it would make me feel like it was going to fall out because of the weight and material. Plus if you sit on a hard chair... ouch! For long term I use the 5" Silicone Butt Plug. You don't even feel it it's very comfortable. But if you're man wants to train you well yes the one you showed will be a real challenge Have fun!
