Anyone know anyone who sells low-spec laptops?

Can anyone help me?

I want to buy a low-spec laptop just for typing letters and Web browing, but no one sells such a machine! All laptops these days seem to be geared up for high performance games or professional design packages. I just want something simple like 500MHz, 64MB RAM. Fairly fast, but just for basic use.

I won't buy a second hand one because I want a nice new screen.

Please help!

 

BTW.... The definition of a low spec lap top is a ball point pen and a legal pad.
