Meditation is a good way to relieve anger. Because even if you aren't able to clear your mind completely, at least you can work through your emotions - which is extremely important. If you can clear your mind, it gives you a break to think about peaceful things and calm down. That's the key. And posting here. We can be very theraputic when we want to be. If anything, we'll make you laugh.
