Anyone into making Asian food?

My sister in law is from the phillippines and all they eat is asian food.
It's quite delicious too.

Tamagoyaki...essentially a Japanese omelette with dashi, ginger, scallion, and a little sriracha cuz i'm me


And a beautiful katsudon...rice bowl topped with a breaded pork cutlet, fresh ginger and scallion
