Anyone here use twitter?

I looked at the main page for like 20 seconds once.. that was enough

Haha, I think it took me about that long to come to the same decision. I couldn't even tell anything about the damn thing without signing up. No thanks.

 

I am now officially a twit. I didn't think I'd go for it, but I am giving it a shot. I might not keep my account.

I don't use it to talk about myself. I use it to keep in touch with what is going on in the news, with current events and particuar orgs' such as the UN and WHO.

I have one... but I haven't posted anything on there for a long time. More of a facebook person. I don't understand the point of twitter...

My god! This thread is still alive.

I dumped twitter as a useless tool within a few weeks after posting this worthless thread.

For my business I found it was pretty ineffective.

The problem with various social networking tools is often you spend more time twittering about what you are doing than actually running your business.

I suppose if I was a slime ball politician or a news reporter, it might have some value.

But for my business, writing articles and having blogs are a more effective tool for what I do.

 

I think thats a good description of alot of this new and UNimproved technology or whatever one wants to call it is.And seriously how reliant or dependent or for that matter how much time does one need to spend on a computer.

 

I use it... but I dont' get on too often...

Can't think of Any Celebrity I'd want to Stalk...

Apparently alot of them Gave up myspace and Facebook so People can Follow what they get up to All Day on Twitter...While they keep it Short and Sweet...

No more Blogging...

As for myself...Never been on Twitter...

I got myspace to Stalk an Ex...And I don't even remember why I got a Facebook Account...But Now Alot of School Friends Found me so it's Interesting to see what Everyone is up to...Plus I Found a few of my Family members back in UK to keep in Touch with...

Doubt I will use Twitter inless some People Begged me to...
