I have a prescription for 20mg Focalin XR and 5mg Focalin IR. Can they be insufflated? How can I use them?

You could snort them but I would recommend just eating them. Take 2-3 at a time and see how you feel. Then go from there. 2-3 of them might get you going pretty good though.

Focalin is d-methylphenidate. It's more potent and more recreational than racemic dl-methylphenidate (Ritalin). I'd say start off with 20-30mg. 40mg of racemic methylphenidate had me nearly calling it an overdose. It was extremely stimulating. So don't take too much, just work your way up.
