Haha, I've had the same phone since I was 14. They look really fucking cool, but I'm with the people who said they'd wait till it dropped in price. Plus, people are already reporting bugs and other issues with the thing too, so by waiting you let apple figure those out and you don't have to deal with it. Seems stupid to get a phone for $600 if it isn't even going to work right.
I would wait for the next generation because this is just Generation 1 of the Iphone. It looks cool I guesse but there is alot missing there.Bah and I have Sprint and I doubt it will stay for Cingular/AT&T forever, that is what was said about the Razor when it came out for T-Mobile I think it was. its now in every phone company
i feel the same way other ppl may say "oh i have the same amount of memory in my generic Mp3 player" but to me there is only 1 and its the ipod, i had one of the origional big ipods back in the day and the thing was probably the most durable/best electronic device i've ever owned, i was an idiot to sell it anyways, i'm only considering the iphone because i'm using a phone from like 6 years ago haha, i bought a new phone about a year ago now [blackberry pearl] but i got so hammered one night I lost it, so i've been rocking my old nokia since then
ill probably get one in a couple years. My video ipod, cell phone, and internet will do me fine till then. I just cant wait till they come out with an Iphone type gadget that lets you watch cable TV. Now that would be sick.
i'm sure it's not far off, and maybe even the iphone might be able to utilize it i know several people with TV tuner antenna's for their cars, which they watch live TV on the screens in their cars while driving from picking up signals
Idk, I love my PSP, I can have as many video/pics/songs/games as I want with a 4 gig card. Plus wireless internet. With a pretty strong browser.
digital, do your self a favor and wait for the 1st and 2nd gens to come out. I've heard from a little bird at apple ... coincidentally where my brother works that the wifi speed may get juiced up.
Omg I'm using my iPhone now and I only paid 100 bucks for it. I can't believe they were 600 dollars once!
well one thing i didnt realize is that either apple wont sign a contract with flash player or vise versa. so when we go to websites that use flash player on our iphones, we cant see what ever is being illustrated. my older brother was like, ugh you really paid 100 dollars for that shit...then i showed him this thread and hes like well at least i didnt buy it for 600 dollars... lol
