Yeah, so what qualifies as public sex? Different people have different responses here...my idea was that it involved sex with other people around in public places, either getting caught or not. Some people have responded to having sex in public places but with noone around. Does that count?. Others have responded to having sex with others around. Does that count? I have done both but each time, nobody else was around or the people I was around were also involved in sexual activities. I have never had sex in a public place where others were visibly around and where the chance of being caught were high.

I don't think the discussion asks if you've seen sex; rather, have you witnessed public sex. You know, like on the beach or on a hotel balcony. Most of us have caught a glimpse of something going on in a parked car or in our guest room.
