Anyone else doing absolutely NOTHING for the 4th?

I'm not doing anything to celebrate the holiday. Since most everyone is off work,I assumed alot of people will be around all weekend and Monday. I bought a ton of beer and cooked some food....not much different than any other day,really.

 

The whole world? The US is just a small part of that world and I think the rest of the world doesn't give a fuck about 4th July whatever that is.

I thought the exact same thing, but I didn't say anything.

But now that I think about it, I DO wish I was spending my July 4th in England. Or anywhere, really, except here.

 

Not angry, but really get pissed off with Americans thinking they are the whole world (news- they're not and never will be) - and talking like that without even thinking about it. Now shut up, piss off and leave me alone

 

I really don't plan things out in advance very much... I've been invited to a BBQ. I'll probably do some drinking and go for a swim or something.

Well yeah, Theres China too. We're the two important countries, but that doesn't mean you can't celebrate with us.

I'll go to the town fireworks tonight...i dont think I've ever actually seen the fireworks..I usually pass out by that point. It's more of a place to go and get blasted, you know...truly celebrate america.We have a nice big handle of bacardi select just waiting to be ingested completely. then tomorrow I'll go get drunk at a friends party.

That's my 4th weekend
