what do you like to do for fun??
I haven't been out to Gameworks in awhile we should get out there some time...

 

gameworks? lol....im sorry, but i havent heard of it.
i love the movies, go-karting is cool, i love to go out to eat...which probably isnt gunna be good in the long run, lol....six-flags ((in the summer of course)), and sometimes i just like to hangout, watch tv, etc.
and yourself?

 

I love watching movies.. love to go to the park in the spring/summer.. I love playing air hockey!! love to just chill with friends and watch t.v or listen to music.. I definitely love going out to eat, when I'm not pregnant I love to dance.. I love to sing and play my guitar. I love to read and write poetry..
Gameworks is more of an adult arcade.. they have some cool games and the air hockey table rocks you can play with 4 people.. me and my boyfriend played it by our selves it was the funniest thing in the world it kept throwing pucks at us like crazy.. you'll have four pucks going at once it was a blast..

it was... it just shoots them at you like crazy.. probably the most fun I've ever had playing air hockey besides the time my boyfriend was getting so frustrated cuz I was constantly kicking his ass at the game he hit the puck so hard it flew off the table and pegged this guy right in the head.. it was hilarious then this little boy came over and asked him "who won?" he said "she did" and the little boy looked at him funny and said" oh I thought you would win" put the icing on the cake.. lol..

i wish i could sing, and i definitely attempt to when im alone, lol, but yea, it doesnt really work out too well for me. maybe sometime you should whip out your guitar and a song....eh?

Hey all,

I thought I'd ring in here since you guys are from the area. I was thinking about going to the Lazy River Music and Arts Festival on the fox river there in Elgin or South Elgin. Not sure exactly where since their website has not posted a map or directions yet. Anyway I thought it might be fun to camp out there but I don't know anyone who's been there or if it a fun time, sounds fun though. I'm from the near west burbs, near the Brookfield Zoo. Can you give me any input on this.

I've lived in Elgin most of my life and haven't been to that festival.. I'll have to look into that for ya..

Thanks so much for your input. I've been thinking about going and camping out there for a night or two. I just didn't know any one who has been there and I was wondering what it was like. Sounds kewl though - I think I'll go.

never heard of that festival, but it sounds fun. the band Mr Blotto has Blottopia every year at vasa park in south elgina on the fox river. last year there were thousands of kids out for the party. it was very cool. check it out for sure...
