ive been terible all weekend but ive been dealing with a bout of depressions...tommorrow i will start again....sorry for letting u down this weekend..i promise ill get back on!
I hope you are feeling better! I haven’t done the best this weekend, either. Company sure gums up the works! Breakfast: 2 pieces wheat toast, 1 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, 1 banana Snack: 12 oz soy cinnamon dolce latte Lunch: Shared one-order nachos w/ 2 other people. Probably not the healthiest recipe, but I legitimately stopped when I was full, so I think I did OK Snack: Chips and Dip (Superbowl Sunday is treated like a holiday in my family…unfortunately) Dinner: 1 c. Tortilla soup w/ tortilla chips, 1 serving apple crisp & reduced cal ice cream Exercise: sporadic…but I think I got in an hour
i am back girly!! breakfast-2 slices toast with margarine, peach yogurt,nonfat snack-100 caloriepack rice krispie treat lunch- sauteed onion and mushroom sandwhich with 1 slice cheese Kashi roasted vegetable crackers dinner-spaghetti ,garlic bread and broccoli counting the calories wasnt gonnna happen today....too busy, but i know i didnt go over cals or anything
2/4 Breakfast: 1 serving no sugar added applesauce, 1 c. fortified chocolate soymilk Lunch: 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 2 baby light Swiss cheeses, 1 banana, 1 serving carrots Snack: 1 12 oz soy chai latte (about 150 cal) Dinner: Chinese food- Kung Pow Chicken, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken. I ate about 1/3 of the plate that was brought to me, and mostly the Kung Pow (chicken and veggies). Exercise: 15 min cardio, 45 min yoga I’m trying to get back on track after this weekend (and even better than before). Hopefully by tomorrow, I’ll get it down! New yoga class starts!!!!
Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I went to bed early, and it's tough to do this with the 'rents around. (Not that they would object to this thread...rather the flashing advertisments on books that help you grow the best hydroponic pot). I'll definatly post todays later.
Alright, yesterday... 2/7 Breakfast: 2 "heart healthy" waffles w/ light syrup (about 200 cals. Amazing!) Snack: 7 Triscuits w/ 2 slices deli turkey and 1 slice light cheese, 1 c. carrots Lunch: 1 c. Annies Macaroni and Cheese, grapes, bread Snack: 1 16 oz vanilla soy latte Dinner: ( I have problems when eating with my friend, hence this smorgusborg of saturated fat) 1/2 order seasoned fries, 1/4 cinammon roll Exercise: 1 hr yoga
I ate 40 hot wings two boneless chicken breasts a handful of nuts half a bow of cheese its a monster salad chips salsa spinach dip two double cheese burgers and a ham and corn beef sammy with swiss for breakfast this morning

Haven't seen you around lately! 1/8 Breakfast: Nonfat plain yogurt, low fat granola, dried fruit Lunch: 1 chicken sandwich w/ multigrain bread, 1 slice reduced cal cheese, tomato, 1 serving baked chips, 1 12 oz soy latte Snack: 2 pieces multi grain bread w 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 bananna, juice Dinner: 1/2 c. brown rice, 1 c. stir fried vegetable (done myself w/ 1 tsp olive oil, bell pepper, carrots, corn, onion, etc. also a bit of soy sauce) I may also have some fat free popcorn (5o cal max)
Breakfast: 3 small homemade wheat pancakes w/ light syrup, ½ c. soy milk, 1 orange Snack: 1 c. tortilla chips, 1 c. low fat chocolate milk Lunch: 1 c. chicken pasta, 1 slice garlic bread Snack: 1 apple Dinner: OK, I totally gave into the PMS and just skipped the calories in an obligatory normal dinner because I knew I would not have the will power to stay away from the sweets after that. So: ½ c. vanilla ice cream and 1 slice cherry pie.

Alright. I'm gonna join you guys. Don't let me fail!! I have to do this. I ate really bad today, and I feel like crap. and I just have to do it, so i can feel better about myself, and feel better physically. Its too late for today though, so tomorrow Ill record.

Lol, Im back too. i thought no one was doing it anymore so i stopped lol. Ok todaayyy i ate: breakfast: 1 cup cheerios, w/ .5 cup 2% milk, and 1 banana lunch: a wrap with wheat/flax seed tortilla, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheddar cheese, and mustard snack: this flax/wheat bread my mom made, 1 slice dinner: wheat spaghetti with healthy choice sauce and chicken on top! I need to lose my bellayyy! no any good ways?
ah im good now today i had breakfast-toast with smart balance margarine with flax seed snack- mini kettle corn rice cakes lunch- baked bbq chips , cheese sandwhich with lowfat mayo and mustard with garlic pickles, strawberry pomagranate fruit leather dinner 2 slices veggie pizza
well lets see....pilates are great for losing the belly and also try replacing things like cottage cheese with things like fruit cocktail or mixed veggies..it helps alot! good luck to ya..i promised hubby i would get back with this
Yesterday I ate kinda bad. I had a lean cuisine for lunch, but for dinner i had a big steak and some bean soup. idk. not sure how good that is
