I will admit to using the term at times in a derogatory fashion, but only in reference to men who are just a parody of themselves because they are such a stereotype and ridiculously effeminate.

I almost asked a big Samoan guy working at the hardware store why the fuck he talked the way he did, it was just so stereotypical & ridiculously "gay" that I wanted to slap him in the back of the head, but he was Samoan so he would have killed me....LOL

Understand this has absolutely nothing to do with a persons sexual preference, just idiots who live a stereotype that they would most likely be offended if told that.
I have the same attitude towards muscle bound gym monkeys, soccer moms, constantly rainbow clad hippies, dreadlock adorned festival rats, etc, etc, etc.

    I blame Paul Lynde...[IMG]

I also use the word if asking a British bloke for a smoke

Indeed I am all for freedom of speech so long as we are not hurting anyone with it but some people will draw a very fine line.

Say faggot all you want but don't be like "damn these faggots...."

Never meant to become a PC police because nobody like PC police, thought police, speech police...Ain't no faggot got time for that! lolz

I have always ever since I was a little boy tried to demonstrate tolerance; even before I knew what that word meant. So yea, I'm definitely opposed to that word.

I don't like the way its used and how often its used but I also feel like us bi's/gay's are starting to make some progress in taking the word back and making it our own.

I'm an enigma even to myself. I can be easily offeneded but also tend to be an ardent supporter of free speech.

I could be wrong but I feel like if we (the GBLT community) can take the word and make it our own it will lose its power.

So on that note...being in an anti-PC mood.......onion gravy might be just the thing to go with the faggots we love so much!

Didn't mean to imply anything about you just myself, by "us" I just mean "people like me who are bi or gay" Sorry for any confusion on what I was trying to say.

Usually comes from the little guys that have to try too hard to be butcher than they are. And they are annoying whether they say that word or not.

You know, the ones that smoke cigarettes with their thumb and index finger from the side of their mouths, like they are Holden Caufield or something
