Are there any words you guys want to misspell often? I always want to misspell the word busy. It's an easy word, but I guess I always think busy as a bee, and then I think buzz and I want to spell it buzy. Also the word turret... it always sounds like people are saying turrent in the south, so I want to throw an 'n' in there. Go all nucular on it.
I have many words in English, also including misspell :blush5: I find words with ph most difficult to spell. Others: phonetic conscious parallel pronunciation difficult telephone attention
i think its rediculous for there to be three spelling of the word there, when "there" could suffice for all of them. distinctions of which is meant as almost always obvious from context. there are many words i "misspell" often. spelling lacks linear logic. the mind is better employed in objective analysis then memorizing the illogical and uncatigorizable.
Don't Have Spellcheck Here, Never Have, Never Will, When It Comes To Spelling I Perform All My Stunts Without A Safety Net..., And If I'm Really Stumped I Consult My Oxford Dictionary.... Cheers Glen.
I used to be fairly confident in my spelling but these days I can type the word "the" and it looks wrong. The older I get the more I have to check my spelling unless I just don't give a damn.
I stopped trying to spell 'probly' right. Now i just spell it that way and sometimes i will hit the autocorrect fix button. Sometimes i just say the hell with it and leave it because thats the way it sounds when i say it. Any words that have that 'LLY'at the end though i never know if its one L or 2
