My abdomen looks bulky and ugly after my delivery. I'm even embarrassed to look at me in the mirror. It kills my confidence. I have heard about tummy tuck surgery from my friend in Sarnia. She had that surgery and is very fit and have good shape right now. I really want to be in that shape which I used to be in my teens. We are not planning to have children again and I'm done with breastfeeding. Should I consider this surgery? Do I need to take rest after this surgery?
