Im Clan Donald of the Isles.

Feawen, what is "fully being" wicca?

and what does newgrange and tara have to do with it?

And for that matter, pure irish, like pure gaelic irish, scots irish, norse irish?
    help me out here.

McCalister of McCalister keep on moms side, dad's people are from denmark, both families fled here to excape religous persecution, it was in vain tho
on an interesting side note my grat aunt was a well respected tarrot reader and had a set of cards past down from her grandmother that were not used but kept as an hierloom, and there were only 25 of them, always wondered if that was a comman count at one time or is the current 78 or so more traditional

Is your family from Ulster? Red Branch would just cause trouble elsewhere lol.

You're in the UK, should be easy enough to find your roots.

It was easy enough to find me scots roots (long story short, McIlwraith was a small highland clan, that travelled south and allied themselves with the Mcdonalds, whose tartan I have the right to wear)....before that in Ireland, I have no idea, although I've always felt more at home in Ireland than anywhere else :)

Most likely, they were from Ulster then. The Highland Scots are Gaelic tribesman from Dalriada, which was the highlands, Islands, and Ulser (and other parts of N. Ireland) SO i guess red branch would work =)

Im a Macqueen, of Skye, of Clan Macdonald of the Isles, decended from Suibne of Ireland, so we all have our Irish roots, except we crossed the small sea to the mountains.
