I took a lower dose viagra (40mg) this past weekend. Made me extra long lasting hard and experienced no side affects mentioned above.

 

From my experience and my research if you have medical issues, like type 1 diabetes, it will be less effective as time passes. At first I took a small dose and usually cut the pill in half. I would have a great erection. Then I had to take a full pill and finally max dose wasn’t getting it done. I then got a vacuum pump and use the pump and pill.
