Although if a man uses the "stop and go" method (stopping just before orgasm and then masturbating again), you can usually save up the sperm for that session and the end result is a really powerful orgasm.

I always use the stop and go method in one way or another when masturbating... I think most people who last more than minutes use the stop and go method.

 

The terms Sperm & Semen should never be confused. They are not the same thing.

Sperms are the living, solid matter that are held within the liquid Semen.

A vasectomised man will continue to ejaculate Semen, but no Sperm.

Whilst it is possible to increase the amount of Semen released, depending on how long an individual session lasts, this makes no difference to the Sperm content, and any Semen / Sperm that is not used over a longer period of sexual inactivity will either be ejaculated as Nocturnal Emissions (Wet Dreams) or simply reabsorbed into the body.
