Most of my pasta is made stove top. Lasagne is not something I much care to tackle these days since I live alone and I'm not into freezing small portions of such a rich dish. I usually eat my pasta with meatless meatballs and organic peas. Sometimes I will make a stirfry green (dandelion or rapini) and toss the cooked pasta into the pan for a little sauteeing. How do you make yours and what are your favorite ingredients?
Angel hair with pesto & cherry tomatoes. Spinach lasagna. White miso ramen with mushrooms & green onions.
