Any crew going to the Eclipse in Chile??

Currently in Orange County over from Aussie....would love to meet crew heading down to the Eclipse this December 2020....depending on the current situation.

QUESTION: Given you would be travelling from a highly infected country, and could yourself be a carrier for Covid - 19, will the Chilean authorities even permit your entry into their country ???

Yeah, that eclipse may be a long-forgotten memory before the effects of this boondogle wear off. Tyrants are not known for letting a good crisis go to waste. I'll be surprised if anyone can even get their passports, let alone all the other red tape and vaccinations in order. And that doesn't mean other nations will allow anyone to just pass through their land on their way to look at an eclipse, much less return again the way you came.
