if your into the 60s and 70s blues rock stuff (like led zeppelin, hendrix, clapton, cream, etc) RORY GALLAGHER (his Irish Tour album is great, and hes got some real good stuff if you like Led Zeppelin....he is an irish bluesman that plays similar to Jimmy Page's style) I would also reccommend for you personally, i would go with JOHN SCOFIELD....he is one of the best guitar players around (still collarborates today with the Band Medeski, Martin, and Wood who have over a dozen albums)...also another blues/rock guitar player, but extremely original and unique...you should get any of his albums as im sure you will love him... BILL BUFORD just for the hell of it....prog rock guy (from the band, Yes i believe....or is it King Crimson? i cant remember but i think its Yes lol) Cant go wrong...
King Crimson- 21st Century Schizoid Man Deep Purple- Space Truckin' Tommy Bolin- Teaser Vanilla Fudge- Where Is My Mind Robin Trower- Too Rolling Stoned Procol Harum- Salty Dog Ted Nugent -Stranglehold REO Speedwagon- Son Of A Poor Man or Keep Pushing God there's just so many more. . .
