well.. i have a few times in between like last summer and now but i wouldnt let that count really considering that has nothing to do with it...
Ah, I see. Is it a problem you've had for a while or that developed fairly recently? Do you think its stress-related?
It makes you feel pretty nice and chill. It's also very fun to drink with, although if you do, do not drink heavily or you could die.
lol.. or i could DIE. wow that makes me feel good. and i do drink heavily at times. but i will keep that in mind.
maybe, maybe not... panic attacks are quite the norm amongst bi-polars... i think its important that everyone here in random thoughts contribute so we have a full and comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
its developed over the last year.. iv had some stress but nothing to the extreme.. it just gradually came i guess..
while the folks here at random thoughts are eminently qualified to dispense medical advice and opinion, i would still seek out a psychiatric opinion... or two... but researching one's own symtoms and condition is always a good idea
Ya think we're qualified? People with BPD do often report panic attacks, but there are other symptoms which make up the criteria which BPD is classified as. Primarily rapid unpredictable mood swings.
i would say the pharmocological knowledge here is comparable to most psychiatrists if one is able to weed out the weeds which is true as well when one goes to a licensed professional which is why one should seek out second opinions a panic attack is in itself a mood swing or at least comparable to one... realize the limit that we're talking labels here
I've got bad anxiety about everything, I obsess about the dumbest shit, panic attacks...bunch of suckage. But since I started smoking pot religiously, the panic attacks and obsessions have really...slowed down. I'm still a crazy bitch, but a lot more laid back and apathetic.
I only panic when I'm high if I'm in public or dealing with a cop. Now that we have our own place, we can smoke all we want and I'm totally relaxed, lol.
