I have just checked the RDA for vitamin D and I would suggest 25 MICROgrams, NOT mg,...... But please check with your doctor. Symptoms of low vitamin D are fatigue, sometimes leading to mood swings and depression. Physical symptoms are mainly muscle aches and cramps. Excess can cause hypercalcemia, which causes nausea and vomiting, weakness, and frequent urination. Vitamin D toxicity might progress to bone pain and kidney problems, such as the formation of calcium stones. NHS England recommend a 10 microgram supplement between October and April for healthy people.
I agree with you fully. In my opinion the problem with western democracy is the 5 year term of office, leading to politicians never thinking of the long term future. Would any right minded leader continue importing from China, while industry fell apart in his own country. This is only one example. However, we could discuss this for hours, so it is not a suitable subject for this thread. You see. You are the brain in these matters and I am the diplomat.
Thanks the reply’s and thoughts my sisters condition has worsened her oxygen is dropping down in the 80s they have her at 5 Litters of oxygen she has a fever she’s had a coughing fit this morning they are not doing anything to help her she needs to back up in ICU and the respiratory therapist won’t come abs see her said nothing more they can do for her told her just to do her inhaler

Good morning Jennifer, I hope there is some good news about your sister today. Apologies for the rude posts above, we have all sorts of people here and some are very complicated. But we love them all and welcome them to this home for the bewildered and lost.
Yeah my sister is not doing good today her husband Nick is trying to get her transferred to a hospital in Milwaukee she is not getting good care at Dickinson County Hospital
Unbelievable She certainly needs specialist help, in a hospital with the correct facilities and staff who FULLY understand how to match them to her needs. Getting her into a specialist hospital is the best news that I have heard all day.
She talked too infectious disease doctor they want her too go too a bigger hospital so nick is looking into greenbay Wisconsin or Milwaukee they wanna run more test
She made it to Green Bay last night she had a better night than the night before she is waiting on the lung doctor to come in and talk to her hopefully this hospital can figure out what’s wrong with her
My sister’s hemoglobin dropped again so There giving her a blood transfusion She has a CT scan in 10 minutes
Being in the UK I don't know your hospitals, but it is great that they have found the best place to take care of her. They are likely to keep her in for a few weeks, since even after a transfusion, they will need to use a cocktail of antibiotics to kill the bacterial infection that is affecting her blood count. Try to talk directly to her consultant and arrange for him (or her) to DIRECTLY take care of your sister in the future. I don't know much about your health services, but many of our top infectious diseases consultants are Indian. This is mainly because pathogenic infectious conditions are far more common in India, so their medical schools concentrate far more on them than in other parts of the world. You may remember from your history lessons that when the east India trading company was set up in the year 1,600, one in three English people died if they did not come home during the monsoon season.
Seize the moment for yourself, this is your chance to be the sister you always wanted to be. Tell her jokes, whatever works for you, and let her know you care.
That’s what I’ve been doing she had a really rough night last night she has a fever lots of sob she’s in a lot of pain she’s having a lot of anxiety and they’re not addressing any of that and she has not seen the Pulmonologist yet
