Anxiety Attacks

    I have been having an anxiety attack since I woke up this morning...and I fear it's only getting worse...:(

    I had two I think... I just held my girl and told her thanks for dealing with this stupid shit.

    yeah, me too...feels like my chest is getting tighter by the minute...having a hard time breathing...I would be afraid it was a heart attack had i not been through this before.

    I dont deal well, I overuse alcohol til I feel better or pass out.......

    yeah, alcohol works like a charm. but it's only a short-term solution. for the long-term you'll have to figure out what's causing the anxiety and deal with it.

    a bit more complicated to do though. My answer is just to suffer through it. I don't touch alcohol anymore. Period. :D

    :( I hope it goes away
    deep slow breaths are usually what help me through panic attacks, but mine mostly consist of getting so short of breath that I verge on passing out
