I have been having an anxiety attack since I woke up this morning...and I fear it's only getting worse...
yeah, me too...feels like my chest is getting tighter by the minute...having a hard time breathing...I would be afraid it was a heart attack had i not been through this before.
yeah, alcohol works like a charm. but it's only a short-term solution. for the long-term you'll have to figure out what's causing the anxiety and deal with it.
a bit more complicated to do though. My answer is just to suffer through it. I don't touch alcohol anymore. Period.
I hope it goes away deep slow breaths are usually what help me through panic attacks, but mine mostly consist of getting so short of breath that I verge on passing out
