I don't like the idea of an actual working farm either, just raise our own veggies and enjoy the fact that our nearest neighbors are over half a mile away!!!

first...sorry for the absence from my own thread....my online time has been mostly reading and research..i am also really busy with my kids and their kids etc...shadow are you gonna post somethin you play?have you checked out farmouts online music and bandsite...he plays a wicked bass..his band is amazing too

hmmm...non music eh....[ponder]...my studio is at my friends house...her converted garage...she lives at #12..my daughter and her family live at #15...my 18 month old grandson now has caught on that if he sees my van he can yell 'boppa' out his screen door loud enough that i hear him from across the street and two houses over,in the garage....all the neighbors also hear him and i gotta tell you it makes me smile inside and out when i hear 'that'....probably the happiest i have felt in ages...he is the goat-boy in my albums...named after my grandfather..basil

that was a great post. honestly that really seems like it was straight from the heart.

i dont post things i play mostly because i play a lot of classical. Hip forums isnt a place that i expect to find a lot of people who enjoy classical. The problem with classical music is that most people cant understand what the composers and performers are conveying because there are no words. you do have to listen to it a lot to understand. even then you often find yourself wondering why a composer may have written something a certain way. i wish to teach music when i get out of college in 4 or 5 years (depends what degree i need)

i listen to a lot of classical. yep thats right i listen to classical probably more than any other genre. i also listen to jazz and blues. my order of listening to music from most to least is probably
1) classical 2) rock 3) jazz 4) blues. so yep if u exclude rock there it is.

Bad memories seem to stand out for me, so I remember being very sick at around six years of age.....

as far as dreams that wont happen...a lotto win...i have planned the first few days of a multi million dollar lotto win about 50 thousand times
