I think you may be right on this. I saw an earlier report that said two odd things about the killer, that he identified as female and that he was affiliated with a neo-communist group. When I went back to find this information, I was unable to locate even a glimmer of it.

And I have never liked the word "penis", it's so wimpy and small sounding. There are so many better names for it! Most of the pinky-dicks around Atlanta drive massive pickup trucks, Corvettes or Harleys. No idea if they carry guns or of what sort.

I think it's a tragedy because innocent people were killed for no reason. Why at a planned parenthood? Like tootsie-pops, the world may never know.

Isn't that the place he left behind in NC when he moved to Colorado? I think it is. They're saying on the local news that he used to live out in the woods about 20 minutes east of Asheville, not far from the town of Black Mountain, which is loaded with creative people and old hippies. He wouldn't have made many friends there, if any at all. There are some religious summer camps in that area, but not of the violent extremist variety, just mainstream church denominations. Billy Graham used to have a summer home in the area (Montreat).

Eric Rudolph and his supporters lived about an hour and half or two hours to the west. That's where he hid out in the woods from the FBI for nearly a year. The people who helped him were never caught.

There are some freaky motherfuckers living out away from town in these mountains. One time near Waynesville, I found a house that had its entire front yard full of little white crosses, and it was a huge yard. A hand lettered sign explained that each cross represented some number of babies that had been aborted since it became legal in 1973.

 

The Colorado cops haven't given his reasoning behind what he had done. I do think it's safe to say he was motivated by the abortion issue, no different from Eric Rudolph.

 

I love it when people point to innacurate/conflicting/confused reporting really early after a crisis, which is later either dropped or contradicted, as evidence of conspiracy/cover-up.

The cons have generated the hate with their anti-abortion rhetoric. They talked this weak minded moron into this massacre. Their anti-gun control stance supplied the assault weapon used to kill these people.

The cons point their fingers at the Muslim religion to blame it for ISIS and Al Qaeda. Yet they use their religion to commit the same terrorism.

 

What is it about Colorado Springs that attracts so many crazies? They seem to get a lot more than their share.

This story is just another of many disturbing examples of mentally disturbed people with potentially violent tendencies falling through the cracks of the mental health system and turning up just about anywhere.

Local news crews have tracked down former neighbors near Black Mountain and Swannanoa, NC, who say everybody was afraid of this guy and avoided him as much as possible. He used to tell them that the government would never touch him because he knew too much dirt on them, at all levels. Everything he ever quoted as a fact came from conspiracy web sites and radio shows.

A lot of people are shaking their heads in disbelief about the geographic aspect of this. It's totally believable that an Eric Rudolph could come slithering down out of the impoverished and remote Snowbird Mountains around Andrews, NC, or that the nasty, Confederate flag waving trailer parks and meth labs around Spruce Pine or Bakersville or even Marion could produce a famous criminal someday. But... Black Mountain? WTF? That's a pristine tourist spot!

This guy moved there from somewhere in SC, where he was once charged with domestic violence.
