Another fun climate change thread

I bought some grapes this morning that are really juicy and refreshing.

 

Wow, this picture says it all. A wonderful green bldg....above streets chocked with cars. Hope those plants are working overtime.

 

.......and they chooped down a whole bunch of trees in the first place to make way for the building and roads

 

so it's better to have the buildings without the plant life?
it's a great idea. cities should be full of that.

 

there's a thing on the news right now.. i just learned that 20% of "our" meat consumption is our cats and dogs.
they're talking about making pet food our of insects. that makes a lot of sense.
people are squeamish about it, dogs don't care.

haha, i like that. like vegan/vegetarian = healthy.

i don't see what's confusing about it. if people can't look at a menu and choose between meat-free chicken or chicken, without getting confused...
that would confuse me.

this is a good idea. people only do what they're told.. no plastic straws, reusable bag..
a lot don't seem to start thinking for themselves about what else

they don't even pay attention to what their own actions mean.

once someone writes enough articles and it's all over social media, people do what they're told. just like they care about the environment because they've been told to, and it's what everyone is doing.

doesn't bother me in an immediate sense.

The last half of the article though, they dont actually say what they replace the plastic with. So I think its more like a promise

 

Yeah that's true
Kinda like when everything became fat free but they replaced the fat with a bunch of fillers that were even more harmful

 

Bioplastics are becoming a big thing... toys would wouldn't stand up to the elements .. Yinz know I rescue toys, some a things that I've found have been buried for ages..

That's going to be a big nope..

 

It's going to be awful. People are going to be running for their lives and screaming bloody murder. Civilization will totally collapse. It's going to happen soon, too, within the next three years.
