It is hard to find some times...but on the web its relatively easy...should it be? If illegal actions happened on a premises in real life (like an abandoned building where ppl make drugs or what have you) then you'd expect the police to be allowed to watch who comes and goes..infact anyone should be allowed to watch from a distance.
I'm anonymous in life... Unless I have a stalker, which I hope so cause they would be left traumatized if they watched me through my window... But explain the last part of your post a little more...
