I remember when this story first hit the headlines , before xmas and i thought along the same lines as dapablo. Well nothing about the FU logic behind it has much has changed in my thinking. It is a bit like some people of a certain persuation sneering at german children for there grandfathers possible crimes. This poor lady was not part of any of this arguement. Her views were not asked and i am sure no one that did it actualy cared a toss anyway. I would have liked to have been at that meeting that decieded to do such a dispicable act, and the justifications behind it...'oh shall we spray paint some graffiti onto some 'evil' doers home' or 'dig up some poor granny' difficult morale dicision going on there..

Right oh claire that makes it alright then.

I would like to hear the couple of people (making jokes) serious actual thoughts ?..

I totaly agree... not all no 'sweeping statements' but yeah these people do probably think had a 'duty' to step up there activities.. well done however, my respect for you has gone up erm well it has sank to below the gutter. I suspect i am not alone in that either.

You could possibly be right... who knows.

I don't think digging up bones is extreme though... she's already dead, it's not like they've actully killed her themselves

I realise this will not be a popular view, but meh :H

I think I understood it... I've read enough of Matthew's posts to start to be able to translate what he says into English:)

Well Paul and Dok'..have made a few jokes (old ones actualy:p ) and not realy said what they think.. I think they share your opinion ?.. Rather than having my balls cooked on a open fire (for jumping to conclusions), i was just politely asking them to be serious for a moment and explain there POV on this, i am intrested.

im with mat and met on this one.. i heard this on the radio and thought "hmmm thats constructive.. that'll make everyone just think that animal rights protesters are a bunch of granny digging wankers... not really a good way to try and bring people to the cause... and even if the activists thought " i know lets cause him some personal grief".. the guy kills a thousand guinepigs a day.. im sure the fact that his dead motherin law has gone walk about is really not gonna phase the guy.

when i think about the planning meeting for this stunt.. it makes me think it would make a fabulous comedy sketch..

1: right guys we really need to get these guys where it hurts..

    2: whats the plan?

1: well i was thinking and i reckon we go in under the cover of darkness and let all the guinepigs free!

    3: can i keep one?

1: hell yeah! i'm gonna have one!

2: i dont htink it'll work.. the securities to tight.

1: you got a better plan?

2: well actually.. i've been thinking about this for a while... and i think what i've come up with, your gonna like.

1: ok lets hear what you got.

2: ok under the cover of darkness...

1: oo i like it already...

2: we sneak through the grave yard...

    3: the grave yard?

2: wait for it i haven't finished yet... and then.. we dig up his dead mother-in-law and hide her in the woods...

    the whole situation is farsical...

if i was still a vegetarian.. this would make me eat meet again.

They didn't steal grandmas, that's just using emotive language imo, they just moved some bones

I don't condone it btw, i jut dont think it's a big a deal as the media are making out at all

Symbolically it's a very important thing - you just have to think how you would feel if someone dug up the grave of someone close to you.
