I am on the verge of a meltdown, I want to end it now, no matter how. it does not matter As for a pup I got a mut wouldn't ask fer another. she is all I got.

hey, why not try calling one of the suicide crisis numbers or you could tell us what is wrong now? maybe talking about why you are angry will make you feel better
Burnt please! don't do anything to hurt yourself! I think you can get better if you try! think of all the sadness you will cause to the ones you leave behind if you do this! if you care about your family, think about them. think how much distress you will cause to people here who care about you! why don't you tell us about why you are angry and suicidal? you can get better if you try! they may have put you on new meds at the hospital, it may take time for them to start working. can you go back to the hospital? I'm praying for you bro!
I was hoping for things to change after a day or so, but they aren't. I may just go back to the hospital we'll see.
break that change up into smaller pieces and attack it that way. i too wish for things to change instantly.. never does.. :frown:
Sometimes change takes time and maybe you just need to give it more time to settle a little. If you feel that you need help in the mean time going back and getting help is not a bad idea. They may be able to assist you. They may be able to give you the support you need to get there. Take care of you!!
I agree with Heat, also Burnt, are you and your pup not able to stay with your parents for awhile? I don't know whether you live alone or not, but being around people who care about you could really benefit you right now. Everybody wants support and we all we need others at certain points in life. That's exactly why family is there.
Lobster dog is happy (on the inside). Have you thought about taking your dog out on halloween in a costume? Just walking your dog on any day attracts people to talk to, and could lead to more things.
