depends on what you mean by angry, lyricaly or musically, the best i can think of would be mudvayne end of all things to come. if you dont know what i mean look up the lyrics for the title song on end of all things to come. but ther are many great candidates for angriest song ever. if you want to get into black metal and shit like that im sure you could find some evil shit. but thats not for me. some of rammsteins shit translated is pretty fuckin angry. but back to mudvayne I think that "fuck all the flags the greed and the world leaders" is all you need to know.
