No. UPDATED: 22:34, 29 July 2011. Old News. A handful of idiots. Didn't he/they harass Muslims, too? Isn't he in prison now? UK Daily Mail The ginger-haired convert, who uses the name Jamaal Uddin, admitted assaulting two men during one confrontation. During a hearing at the Old Bailey, he also pleaded guilty to two public order offences via video link from high security Belmarsh Prison. http://www.barenakedislam.com/2013/...ilty-to-harassing-and-assaulting-non-muslims/ So much for him instigating Sharia law onto the UK. lol.
Made up. I think we can all agree on that now. Look up quotes before posting is my advice. Maybe you know what is 'hilarious' about it :/
Be kind. You know your perception of humour is a little different from the rest of us. I say that with love, not to be a jerk. Honest.
So to sum up this thread, no one knows if the sign in the op is real, and the putin quote is definitely not real. Doesn't Russia have a long history of treating minorities like shit anyways? Most nations do though. And I do think sharia law is scary, especially if it becomes a real threat to the west. I think most Muslims are opposed to sharia law so hopefully it will never be a real threat.
Just as that we may hope that the possible threat of sharia law to the west will not be used as an excuse to get rid of or discriminate peaceful english (or other) muslims. Abusing such an excuse would mainly hurt our own (western) achieved freedoms and principles after all.
I got: 'Oh, this is real, big up Putin. Oh, it isn't true. LOL. Funny' Maybe what was said can be seen as funny. But not it's tone. If people agree with it's tone. I do not find that funny. True. It isn't a threat in the UK. That being my point. That is well documented. So all of this so-called evidence IS funny.
Ok, it was an add on to this thought: I will rephrase: Just as we may hope that this threat (which is possible in theory but not that likely indeed) will not be abused as an excuse to discriminate the muslim minority in western countries as a whole. This would not hurt sharia loving muslims or fundamentalist extremists (where ever they are) but more our own acquired freedoms and principles. Sorry I screwed up, (almost) always happy to clarify though :2thumbsup: Now I hope I actually did
No. What are you referring to? Not my joke about that it should be true anyway right? As Manservant said, that one was obvious...
Did you read my post on the bottom of the first page? Just wondering because that should have been enough to make my stance clear (or so I thought)
You can point out my vagueness (which i refer to as 'pulling an anaximenes' ) anytime. Most of the time I mean to bring a point across. Cheers Asmo
