This is good advice. From all I've read over the years on anal sex - this is good advice. The note Kat placed is accurate if you used an enema or smaller anal douche to rinse out. Most advice is to do the anal douche or enema 2 or 3 hours before planned anal sex play. That allows enough time to "empty" and Kat's note applies.
