Possibly a stupid question but this is more just to settle a debate. So I don't know how the topic came about but basically me and my friend are talking about conception and she tells me that a woman cannot become pregnant via anal sex and I swear I remember talking to a psychologist at some point about one of her patients who had gotten pregnant during anal sex so basically can that happen? Like I said maybe a stupid question don't judge me
It's technically possible through two possible means: some sort of internal connection between the rectum and the vagina, or semen leaking from the anus and entering the vagina. Both are incredibly rare and unlikely, but have happened. But the chance is so minimal that it's not really worth being concerned about.
When you're messing around betwen a gal's legs with sperm - there is always a risk. Those little tadpoles can swim quite a long way! As far as internal connections go - it would be more than apparent by now. VERY APPARENT!
