Anal masterbation caused infection?

hi everybody , these are my symptoms, doctor says ive got too many and doesn't believe its from anal masturbation,, although its happened 3 times, all 3 times was when done anal masturbation??


tingly blood / body feeling (keeps coming back)
weakness?
major headache
stomach sometimes burns
first 2 days it hurt in lower abdomian (infection)
warm temperature

felt like cest infection coming on?
sometimes difficulty breathing,
blood when went to toilet dark/red
feces in blood
bit pale
aching in kidneys / lower back
even had tiredness, eyes heavy
anal masterbation


please let me know what you think as I cant find anything on google about it

ive been to hospital twice before,, they done blood test, temperature, heart rate scan etc,, and bloods came back ok no antibodies or nothing. they suggested a virus??

but it happenes from anal, but I never told them that as its embarrassing,, but I did tell a online doctor yesterday and she reckons its nothing to do with that,, although its gotta be as its the only time it happens lol?? just wondered if anybody else has had it?
