yes it is a significant reduction. and it frightens the bejesus out of most ppl. but the truth is scarcity will be imposed on us in the future as resources diminish whether we agree 2 it or not. it's a fact. we won't be prepared 4 that day if we don't start planning 4 it now. i think a conference like's been suggested isn't a bad idea. the alternative is ...?

Yeah I don't doubt that... But I just don't see all the countries of the world agreeing to it. Everyone almost always thinks they are entitled to more.
