Hi everyone. I am a 20-year-old man who loves to go to amusement parks and enjoy them. Since the pandemic started, I have been enjoying riding inverted rides barefoot. We can all agree it feels so good to feel that wind in between your toes, right? Anyway, I have a story to share from last year. So I was at Dorney one day in June of last year, enjoying a day there. When I first got on Revolution and took my shoes and socks off like usual, one of the ride ops that was working Revolution that day came up behind me and yelled, "YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SHOES ON!! UNLESS THEY ARE FLIP-FLOPS OR SLIDES, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SHOES ON!!!" I was so enraged at the ride op that day because he had let someone with flip flops or slides earth, but not someone with shoes and socks like me who just wanted to ride it barefoot for the enjoyment of it. Has anyone else had a story like this or just riding rides barefoot in general? I would love to hear your story.
People are just retarded with rules about feet in general. During Covid I played games going to stores barefoot and with a face mask on waiting to see if someone would say something to me for being barefoot wile not confronting people with no mask. Never happened, I was all ready to say forget about my feet mr no mask over there is sneezing germs on things! but whats strange is the personalities that refused to wear masks seem to be the same types that bitch about bare-footers. Humans are weird.
From what I've read, Disney is militantly anti barefoot at their theme parks. Just walking barefoot will get you talked to. Refuse to cooperate and you will be escorted out of the park by security.
