Amount of shrooms for female first time

    Hello all. I usually take about 4 grams, well my first time I did as well as follows. Amazing trips! Feeling connected to oneness!
    My girl wants to try them and I have about 7 grams. I'm thinking she should start with 2-2.5g
    What do you all think? She has a low tolerance to other things and want to get an opinion. Thank you :)
