From my understanding, libertarians often believe in the principles of limited government and the preservation of freedom in accordance with the Constitution.

Liberal Republicans are just Republicans who are liberal on certain social issues like gay rights and abortion. They still are mostly in support of the mainline Republican stance with regard to interventionism and many other key issues.

Republicans believe more in centralizing power, whereas libertarians see the solution in decentralizing it.

Libertarianism and liberalism are two entirely different things. Don't associate the two just because they sound slightly alike.

Well, actually, the Republican party is associated with decentralization of power and power to the States, the Democrat party with power to a centralized Government. That is the core that separates the two. They are also for less Government intervention on things.
I know there is a difference between 'libertarian', and 'liberal'.

So I was wondering, if the Republican party is for decentralization of Federal Government, and less Government intervention and regulation (Often produced by low taxes to give the Government less financial resource), and libertarians believe the Government should have less to next to no influence ON ANYTHING (moral, regulation-wise, etc...), and a liberal is one who thinks the Government shouldn't have influence on moral decisions, in this blend of no Government regulation for the free market and decentralizing of power (Republican), and no influence on moral rules, wouldn't this produce libertarians?

Most Republicans talk like they favor decentralization of power to the states, but when they get into power they do the exact opposite. Most Republicans are federalists, but when they want to get elected they spew populist rhetoric about limited government and states rights. There is a difference between what Republicans claim their platform to be and what they actually are. Republicans and Democrats alike are in favor of big government, and both parties are equally trampling on people's constitutional rights.

I don't see the point in the question unless you're label-baiting in order to conceive guilt by association.
