To venture more into sociology, the US gave it's natives citizenship and the right to vote in 1924. Canada didn't do it until 1956.

What does Canada have to be jealous over America? I live in Canada, even though I can call myself Canadian, Im really not. Dont assume because the OP lives in Canada is "Canadian". Anyway the ecomony is way worse America than Canada.. In a way, no way CND's are jealousy of Americans, dont get your hopes up.
