See if this person was serious I would tell them that likely they are attracted to males but don't want to admit it or are scared to or whatever (even in their own brain) and therefore by thinking about this person as a female they don't have to feel bad....or whatever.... Eh... I have no idea. I'm sure someone may disagree with me but I think it's usually people who feel more masculine or feminine then their genders typically are. But I think often times if people who just accept that no way has to act masculine to be a male or feminine to be a female.... but whatever. I personally used to think about that although I can get along super well w guys and don't act like a stereotypical girl and feel in some ways I have more masculine traits then most females (I could fight a lot of guys and win)... I also have feminine traits too and never felt like I was not a female... nor have I ever not wanted to be a female. I think, like I was saying, that some people may think being a male or being a female has to mean certain things and if it doesn't mean them then they can't be that gender... But, whatever. OR- it could be some kind of hormonal thing of some sort during pregnancy and/or child birth. Causing people to be born with low levels of male or female hormones.... ???
