Allowing Pornography In Certain Institutions...

Pornography is usually not allowed in places like mental hospitals and group homes for the developmentally disabled. I don't know of anyone who's ever been in prison, including myself. But there, heterosexual porn is allowed, but not gay porn.

Should these policies be changed?

 

Here in America no one is sexual or looks at porn that is a decent person (yea right!) For some years everyone was being charged and convicted as sex offenders. You pee on a tree or seen unclothed in a public facility even worse if you are masturbating. And a dirty magazine would be possession of obscene material! I grew up in the 70s these magazines were in bathrooms everywhere and kids trading them like baseball cards. Why not let them have them. Nudity and sex need to be normalized and thankfully its getting slightly better.
