how many languages do you speak? just curious :hat:

 

Really I only speak English. But I took Latin in Jr. High and Spanish in High school. But what really moved me was when I was in college I worked in a mall that handled a LOT of tourists. So I learned all the words and basic conversation I needed to sell crap in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Russian. So if I go to any of those places, I'm totally able to buy batteries and count back change. But I can only order a beer effectively in German and Spanish (I still have problems with it in English).

But I'm pretty sure from the interactions so far that the aliens can figure me out and I'm positive they know how I feel about probing.

Of course aliens are using the chat room. It's the only way we Saturians can keep a watch on the population. We watch all the chat rooms. Because once humans discover how to travel at the speed of light, we are all ordered to make ourselves known and make contact. We were going to blow you all up to stop you from ever being a threat, but then we discovered your planet has beer, pizza, marijuana, and Doctor Who. We went with an alternative plan.
